A custom dashboard for viewing, filtering, and understanding customer leads across multiple dealership locations. It turns spreadsheet data into clear store, department, source, and recent-activity views.
Improved a multi-location tracking workflow for sales, service, parts, finance, and consignment inquiries, making inconsistent data easier to review and report.
Built a browser-based workflow to turn thousands of customer contact records from a web interface into an organized, usable dataset for review and follow-up.

A little about me
I'm at my best when a technical situation is a little unclear: the workflow grew organically, the data doesn't quite line up, or the tool everyone depends on has become harder to trust.
I bring a mix of curiosity, persistence, and practical judgment. Sometimes the answer is a better dashboard. Sometimes it's an automation. Sometimes it's fixing the printer and documenting what happened so nobody loses another afternoon to it.
Good technology should make the next step clearer, not add another thing to manage.
